Why the why comes first.

For twenty years I was usually brought in after the important decisions had been made — the business case written, the product chosen, the budget set. Often the trouble was already baked in.

Projects rarely fail in delivery. They fail at the start.

PMWISE puts the questions I learned to ask the hard way at the very beginning, where they can still change the outcome — for anyone, not just programs that can afford a room full of consultants.
